1 day after the State of the Union address in which old 'Bandar' Bush admitted to the USA's over-dependance on overseas oil and the need to invest in alternative technologies we again see our American cousins making another bold decision.

The end of cotton subsidies! This can only mean that more Third World farmer will be given the opportunity to sell their cotton for fair prices on the US market and lift themselves out of poverty.
